Whenever I drop a letter into the mailbox I am always intrigued by the idea that in a few days someone far away will have this very letter in their hands. Perhaps mailing letters seem like 'magic' to me because I never actually witness how the letters physically get from one place to another. I've never travelled along with the letters to its destination and so its journey will forever be a fantasy in my mind.
