The light top is a version of the traditional top with LED lights. When the top is spun, the centrifugal force will cause the mechanism of the toy to turn on the LED lights. When the top comes to rest the LED lights will naturally turn off. The toy functions mechanically and it is my interest to merge simple electronics with mechanics
